Version 0.81.2

This version adds a few small tweaks while I prepare for the full release.

• You can now choose at the start of the game whether you want to address Yuko by her first or last name. This will be reflected in narration. Players loading old save files will have this set to a last-name basis.
• You can now choose whether to tell Chiaki and Isamu about Yuko's culpability in the Conception.
• Removed a branch from the kodama conversation that was based on a misunderstanding I had of how they worked.
• Changed the background color to be slightly more purple. (I felt the steel-gray was too drab.)
