Fixed a typo in the use text of bottles of Rose's tears.
Nerfed Rising Tides: It now generates 2 SP per MP instead of 3. This produces an SP/action efficiency of 1, 1.3, and 1.5. (This is a pretty big reduction, so please tell me if you think it's too much.)
Lapis can no longer evacuate you if you're in an underground portion of the Kindergarten. (She'll still pick you up if you game over, don't worry.)
Effects should now generate messages when they're reapplied.
